My journey from the corporate world to becoming a practitioner of breathwork, yoga nidra, and reiki has been life-changing—and I’m here to share everything I’ve learned with you. My mission is simple: to help you reconnect with your inner peace, unlock your full potential, and live a life of balance and fulfillment.
There are so many misconceptions about sound healing and other wellness practices. You might think they’re only for those who are lost or struggling. But the truth is, these practices are for everyone. We all feel lost or sad at some point in our lives, don’t we? These modalities are about growth, not just crisis management.

Breathwork is at the heart of what I do. This simple yet powerful practice helps regulate the nervous system, release stress, and clear energy blockages. With every conscious breath, you can let go of limiting beliefs and step into your truest self. Breathwork even increases vitality and positively influences brainwave activity—it’s a transformative experience. Wellness is about more than relaxation—it’s about rejuvenation. I combine breathwork with yoga nidra, an ancient form of meditation, and reiki, a Japanese healing technique, to create a holistic experience that nurtures your body, mind, and spirit. Did you know that one hour of yoga nidra can offer the same restorative benefits as three hours of sleep? It’s incredible what these practices can do.
If you’re new to these practices, start small. Just three to five minutes of daily practice can make a difference. And remember, it’s important to find a teacher or guide you trust—someone who creates a safe, trauma-informed space for you to explore and grow.
Like many of you, I once lived in a high-stress corporate environment. It wasn’t until a health scare forced me to slow down that I realized how important it is to take care of ourselves. That wake-up call led me to explore alternative modalities, and eventually, to dedicate my life to helping others. Here’s something I’ve learned along the way:
"No matter how strong your willpower is, our physical body has a limit. And how sad it is if you sacrifice your health for a job, which is someone else's dreams and business."
For me, wellness is also about embracing vulnerability. When we suppress our emotions, they don’t go away—they build up and can manifest as physical or mental health challenges. Crying, for example, isn’t a weakness; it’s a healthy way to release emotions and connect with yourself on a deeper level.
